I think it was a model not real aircraft,but I was never heard about

A B&W version of this image appears on page 49 of the 'Aerofax' Douglas A-3
Skywarrior book, published in 1987, along with the two images posted below.
The caption to the above image states :-

'This artist's rendering shows the proposed Upper Surface Blowing research aircraft
as it would appear in flight over the distinctive dirigible hangar at NAS Moffett Field.
NASA Ames Research Center still hopes to obtain the funding to modify an A-3
airframe and fit it with four turbofans to provide for upper surface blowing.'
The description, on the previous page, relates how, in 1983, NASA Ames selected
the A-3 as a basis for a follow-on USB research aircraft to the modified DHC Buffalo
based QSRA.

"Seeking to develop a high-speed Upper Surface Blowing (USB)
research aircraft to extend into higher speed and altitude the work done with it's
QSRA..."

The proposed engines were the GE TF34 or the Garret ALF502.
The wing and tailplane would be all-new.

An investigation was made to study the aerodynamic characteristics of a large scale model equipped with an augmented-jet flap and underwing cruise engines with deflectable thrust capability. The augmented jet flap is a jet flap with the primary jet thrust increased by means of a spanwise ejector system installed in the wing trailing-edge flap. The flap installation was on the inboard part of the wing, with blown ailerons outboard.

It might be, but I've never seen anything quite like it before, I stumbled across it trying to run down details on a C-17 lookalike that was used as the basis for some STOL landing simulations in the 1970's.
 
Apparently we don't have a topic on the QSRA, although I believe the program was a lot more than "notional"...

Anyway, here is the "0.55 QSRA" which was featured on the cover of Aviation Week, March 21, 1977.

I wasn't aware of that model previously and do not know whether "0.55" refers to its scale compared to the final article, nor whether its engines were operational or if it was only a wind-tunnel thing.
