I cannot see any clue, that this is an Airbus design, but there's a prominent question mark !
The picture shows a quite simple CGI and the cockpit section and tail shape reminds me
much more to the BAC 1-11, than to an Airbus design.
The presentation stems from the "Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg",
a university in Hamburg and comes to the conclusion, that the BWB is the best solution for
a future transport/airliner. No direct relation to Airbus, or another aircraft manufacturer is
mentioned, so to my opinion, that picture is just an illustration of alternatives to current designs.

The AlbatrossONE, a model based on the Airbus A321, is constructed from carbon-fiber and glass-fiber-reinforced polymers and has "semi-aeroelastic" hinged wing-tips that flex to reduce drag and turbulence.

You know, I actually saw this design had no belly fairing too, unlike most other designs which do have belly fairing.I was working on A350 wing concept stuff (before it was XWB) in 2007, so there is some time for the design language to influence this. It could be that this was just a preliminary computer drawing to see the layout of the type. The belly fairing would've probably been added later, as the concept matured further.
I think that’s the most likely explanation as to why this design has no belly fairing.

Passenger aircraft designs hydrogen-powered
The idea of this type of drive is not entirely new, they are already working on it
Americans, but none of their programs advanced beyond the design stage (passenger planes). This is also not unknown to the Russians, who in 1988 experimentally installed hydrogen-powered engines on one of the Tu-155.
However, the most interesting project is the one developed by engineers from the MBB concern. Work on it is taken so seriously that MBB is looking for partners to develop it. When it comes to power units, they will definitely be MTU. Talks are also ongoing with hydrogen producers, as this may be used in practice
type of fuel, large quantities will be needed. The case also concerns problems related to the transport and storage of hydrogen as a dangerous substance.
It will probably be adapted to run on hydrogen fuel.

It is planned to use as many as six SNECMA CFM 57H engines, developed in cooperation with the American contractor General Electric and the French SEP, which already has experience in building hydrogen-powered engines (Ariane rockets).
Whether such an unusual project will be implemented and mass produced is, for now, a great unknown.
