ACCESS: Top Secret
Looking for a plane I saw a long time ago with "propeller between fin and rudder" (an autogyro I think, sent by my friend Max?), I failed both with Google pictures and with Google patents. Though, I found something else: a weird VTOL with twin booms featuring a rare and good reason to be twin-boom: rotors on the booms. See the patent US20110031355:
