Was there any interest in building heavy bombers in Czechoslovakia during the 1930s or in purchasing them from foreign suppliers?

I know that Aero had a 1931 design for the two-engined A.44 but I've never been able to find an illustration of that design although elsewhere on this forum I've seen it described as resembling the Dornier Do 23. Do any plans or artwork depicting the A.44 exist?

Sherman Tank

Here are A.44 and another similar (but smaller) project, the A.42c. The latter was twin-engined version of single-engined A.42 prototype bomber.
