Strange Helicopter Buzzes Small Town ?

This Super quiet chopper circled 3 times!Then after it went off in the direction of Bradley Int.within 2 minutes I heard what sounded like a small plane but with the engine Screaming!!I ran back out to see what the heck was going on and,I could still hear the plane sound but saw nothing in the sky what so ever!?It's more than a mystery to me!Almost as if the chopper was trying to make everyone look at it instead of at something else!?

Looks like a Kaman Seasprite to me, but I never heard one ...
 
It looks quite like an SH-2G (which is equipped twin T700 engines).

I agree, it definitely seems to be some version of the old Seasprite

The Kaman plant is in Bloomfield, right down the road from BDL.

The plan would call for a fairly major upgrade, including the HELRAS dipping sonar.
