This is not the Bo 119. I was confusing two posts here when I created the page, which I will rename soon. Its known as UH-1D successor according to this post:

Alright Hesham, I have more info. Apparently this is a concept of the Bo 120 (X2 configuration) as an operational passenger/utility transport.

I'm sure most of you know the Bo 120 was a project for a high-speed helicopter, developed from the Bo 46 test helicopter in 1969 with the tail section removed for the installation of the Rolls-Royce RB.108 lift engine (X1 configuration).
